Getting Ready for Arbor Day with Project Learning Tree

Celebrate Arbor Day with hands-on learning using Project Learning Tree’s Explore Your Environment K–8 guide.

This three-hour workshop at Martin Nature Park will help educators explore standards-aligned activities focused on trees, forests, and environmental stewardship. Participants will practice outdoor lessons, discuss interdisciplinary classroom connections, and learn strategies for meaningful outdoor instruction. Educators will receive the Explore Your Environment guide and leave with ready-to-use activities and ideas to bring Arbor Day learning to life, outdoors and back in the classroom.
