Trees for Oklahoma Program

This is an initiative to expand pine reforestation on recently harvested land or on lands being converted to forests SE Oklahoma. The program is funded by Huber Engineered Woods LLC of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, to provide seedlings to qualified landowners.

The “Trees for Oklahoma Pine Seedling Program” is an initiative to expand pine reforestation on recently harvested land or on lands being converted to forests in designated counties throughout SE Oklahoma.  The goal of the program is to help private landowners successfully plant one million pine seedlings throughout southeastern Oklahoma on an annual basis.

The program is funded by Huber Engineered Woods LLC of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, to provide at no cost, seedlings to qualified landowners throughout the nine designated counties in Oklahoma contingent upon approval following the successful completion of the application process.  Landowners that own land in the following counties are eligible to participate in the program:  Atoka, Bryan (east half), Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, McCurtain, Pittsburg, and Pushmataha.
