WHO:  Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture, Blayne Arthur, Dr. Marcie Mack, Director of Department of Career and Technology Education, legislators, Career Tech officials, ODAFF officials, meat processing industry representatives, and agriculture group representatives.

WHAT: In a response to a workforce shortage in the meat processing industry, Career Technology facilities across Oklahoma have cultivated and are set to begin offering curriculum sets for meat processing courses.
