Oklahoma City – The State Board of Agriculture will consider emergency rules regarding setbacks for poultry feeding operations at their regularly scheduled board meeting at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. The board meeting will be held at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry building.
Written comments should be emailed to andrea.bair@ag.ok.gov, and will be accepted beginning Tuesday, December 4, until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018. The proposed rules are posted on the department website, http://www.oda.state.ok.us/.
